Clients aged 15 to 17 may visit the clinic independently for subsequent procedures, based on a written consent from their legal guardian, which was agreed upon and signed during the initial consultation. <\/p>\n<h2>Consultation prices<\/h2>\n<p>We believe that a second opinion is important for you, which is why we offer some consultations free of charge. Consultations with the doctor are always chargeable. <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 2rem; text-align: var(--text-align);\">Procedure\/operation cost<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>100% of the procedure\/operation cost must be paid before the procedure is carried out.<\/p>\n<h2>Procedure\/operation on installment plans<\/h2>\n<p>Procedures costing over 5,000 CZK can also be paid in installments through the client\u2019s bank or by applying for a loan online at &nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cashshop.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">www.cashshop.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div data-id=\"65cfffc\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<div data-id=\"1c732f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Change of procedure\/operation date<\/h2>\n<p>Minor procedures in dermatology, gynecology, and preventive medicine can be rescheduled free of charge. However, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 7 days before the planned procedure. <\/p>\n<p>Plastic surgery procedures or procedures costing more than 5,000 CZK can be canceled according to the following fees:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Cancellation\/rescheduling 30 or more days before the procedure:<\/td><td> a fee of 50% of the paid deposit.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cancellation\/rescheduling less then 30 days before the procedure:<\/td><td> a fee of 100% of the paid deposit.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>This fee will be deducted from the paid deposit.<\/p>\n<p>Laboratory tests, EKG, and internal examinations must be completed and sent to Premier Clinic&nbsp; at <a href=\"mailto:info@premier-clinic.cz\">info@premier-clinic.cz<\/a> &nbsp;within&nbsp; <strong>10 to 21 days before the procedure.&nbsp; <\/strong>Failure to meet this requirement will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit invoice in case of contraindications.<\/p>\n<h2>Discounts and other special service packages<\/h2>\n<p>Discounts cannot be combined or applied to already discounted services, special service packages, gift vouchers, or other discount coupons.<\/p>\n<p>Gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. For vouchers with a shorter validity period, the expiration date specified on the voucher applies.  <\/p>\n<h2>Complaints handling<\/h2>\n<p>Complaints can be submitted in writing or using the form available at the reception of our clinic.
