Medical records are stored at the Premier Clinic headquarters, located at Jungmannova 26/15, Prague 1, either on our own servers or in paper form. If stored in paper form, your data is protected by security locks, a camera system, and an electronic alarm system.
Email communication – personal data of users is stored on servers located within the Czech Republic, a member of the European Union. Therefore, the data does not leave or get stored outside the European Union. The servers where the data is stored are located in data centers operated by Your Hosting s.r.o.

The process of deleting a customer account is irreversible and is carried out only upon the active request of the user. After the termination of hosting services or server access, we will delete all data within 30 days. Data will also be removed from our backups. Invoice details will be retained for the minimum period required by applicable laws.
