Procedures at our clinic can be paid using several payment methods:
Clients under 18 years of age are required to attend the initial consultation accompanied by their legal guardian. Clients aged 15 to 17 may visit the clinic independently for subsequent procedures, based on a written consent from their legal guardian, which was agreed upon and signed during the initial consultation.
We believe that a second opinion is important for you, which is why we offer some consultations free of charge. Consultations with the doctor are always chargeable.
100% of the procedure/operation cost must be paid before the procedure is carried out.
Procedures costing over 5,000 CZK can also be paid in installments through the client’s bank or by applying for a loan online at www.cashshop.cz.
Minor procedures in dermatology, gynecology, and preventive medicine can be rescheduled free of charge. However, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 7 days before the planned procedure.
Plastic surgery procedures or procedures costing more than 5,000 CZK can be canceled according to the following fees:
Cancellation/rescheduling 30 or more days before the procedure: | a fee of 50% of the paid deposit. |
Cancellation/rescheduling less then 30 days before the procedure: | a fee of 100% of the paid deposit. |
This fee will be deducted from the paid deposit.
Laboratory tests, EKG, and internal examinations must be completed and sent to Premier Clinic at info@premier-clinic.cz within 10 to 21 days before the procedure. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit invoice in case of contraindications.
Discounts cannot be combined or applied to already discounted services, special service packages, gift vouchers, or other discount coupons.
Gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. For vouchers with a shorter validity period, the expiration date specified on the voucher applies.

The client will receive a written response to the complaint within 30 days.
In the case of a consumer dispute, with the exception of disputes arising from contracts in the field of healthcare services, which involve the provision of healthcare, including the prescribing, dispensing, and providing of medicinal products and medical devices under Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Healthcare Services, as amended, the consumer can refer their claim to an alternative dispute resolution entity. In this case, it is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
