Terrible customer service, had an appointment to consult laser tattoo removal with a nurse that couldn’t tell me which local anesthetic she herself would apply on me. I am in medicine and it’s honestly concerning to see people performing procedures they are not comfortable with. When I looked visibly confused with her lack of knowledge and information she asked me if “I had a problem”. Will be looking for a more professional clinic that relies on medical care and not flashy luxury without the actual wellness

TREATMENT CONDITIONS:

the price of fixed braces does not include new brackets, elastics, etc. that may fall off during treatment – the guarantee for bracket attachment is 14 days after placement. In case of bracket loss/damage, new brackets are charged according to the price list.

Treatment Planning - Our orthodontist will discuss the specific challenges of your case, answer all your questions, and explain the treatment timeline and costs. We can effectively address a wide range of dental problems using both fixed and removable orthodontic solutions.

Additional Imaging - If you decide to proceed, additional X-rays or CBCT scans may be required to complete your individualized treatment plan. After deposit payment, we schedule the application of your fixed braces.

Braces Application - The placement process involves carefully bonding brackets to each tooth and connecting them with orthodontic wires. This appointment typically takes 1-2 hours and marks the beginning of your teeth straightening journey.

Regular Adjustments - You'll visit our clinic every 4-6 weeks for adjustments, where we'll change wires, adjust tensions, and monitor progress. These appointments ensure your teeth move according to the planned treatment timeline.

Treatment Monitoring - Throughout the 6 months to 3 years treatment period, we carefully monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results and address any concerns promptly. We can also provide additional professional cleanings and dental hygiene.
